story of the B.

it's actually pretty short & sweet!

she has been with the company since the week of thankgiving last year.  so, roughly 4 months.  and has been late a grand total of 18 times.  all documented.  she has been written up twice & given one verbal for the tardiness & other misc stuff.

saturday, she calls in one hour before her shift (we require two hour notice) and tells me she will be 2-3 hours late (she is required to tell our boss).  i say, okay bye!  and hang up.  giggle. tell my boss.  she goes, "i'm done".  i get all bug eyed.  because from what i've heard, my boss LIKES the B.  but apparently not!

she made a call to our district manager who called our regional who made the decision monday morning to can the B!

well, the bad thing..
the B (a lesbian, but not the bad part) was dropped off monday at work by her girlfriend.  on her girlfriends way home, she was involved in a car accident.  which totalled the B's car.  her girlfriend (1) isnt covered by insurance -medical- (2) has no texas drivers license.  just an out of date illinois one.  ha!
anyway, the B ended up leaving after 45 minutes monday.  giving her monday/tuesday off.  she comes back tomorrow.  and will be canned.
